DAVID MARCIANO
David Marciano is an Investment Sales Senior Associate at Alpha Realty. With over 11 years of experience in the real estate industry, David is an industry veteran having been involved in a number of complex transactions on a local as well as a national scale. David started his career at a boutique investment sales firm in New York, gaining valuable exposure to national real estate transactions.
One of David's marquee transactions was representing PF Holdings in a $90MM portfolio purchase of 7-buildings in Indianapolis, totaling 2,517 units sold by Greystone. Other notable transactions include the $23MM sale of 722 Metropolitan Avenue in East Williamsburg, the $12.1MM sale of 714 Ninth Avenue to Hubb NYC, and the $45,500,000 sale of 161 West Street in Greenpoint, containing 179,000 BSF, where David represented both the buyer and seller.
To date, David has been involved in over $400MM of aggregate transactions. When representing his clients, David is able to match a detailed plan to a big-picture vision, allowing him to achieve superior results for his clients. He is persistent yet patient and is constantly ensuring that his clients’ best interests remain the most important component of the deal.
