Ben Normatov

Ben Normatov is the director at Alpha Realty Investment Sales. He joined the firm in 2019 and has sold close to $100M in commercial real estate to date. He specializes in the sale of all asset classes within the boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens. Ben’s neighborhoods of focus in Brooklyn are amongst the most prestigious, such as Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Park Slope, and Carroll Gardens. In Queens, Ben specializes in Astoria, Sunnyside, Woodside, LIC, Rego Park, and Forest Hills.

Prior to joining Alpha Realty; Normatov earned his bachelor’s in business administration and graduated magna cum laude from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business. He began his career with several years on the residential side at EXIT Realty Landmark in the Flatiron district. However, in 2019, he transitioned into the world of commercial real estate and never looked back. That same year, Normatov was featured in the New York Real Estate Journal's "2019 Ones to Watch". The following year, despite the hardships of COVID-19, Ben was featured once more in the NYREJ’s “2020 Year In Review” segment. In 2021, after a notable sale of a 3-building package in Park Slope, he was featured in the NYREJ’s “Alpha Realty arranges the off-market sale of 3 buildings totaling $10 million”. The following year, after many more successful transactions, Ben was once again featured in the NYREJ’s “2022 Year In Review” segment.

Outside of real estate, Normatov has many passions, such as world travel, MMA, ping-pong, chess, and, of course, his family. He takes great pride in being a devoted husband and father to his children, finding immense joy in sharing this journey with them.
